(takes 4 times dilution and 1000kg as an example)

First step: Add thickener 30kg into the 720kg water. Mixing, with 20% NaOH solution to adjust the pH value to 6~8, the system will become thick and transparent.  

Second step: Add 250kg AT 882DN as supplied into the thickening system, mix for 10~20mins to make sure the antifoam agent is well-dispersed. 

Third step: add 0.5~0.8kg bactericide agent while mixing ( the dosage of bactericide is 0.5～0.8‰) , if the bactericide agent is acidic , the pH value need to be adjusted back to 6-8 after adding the bactericide agent.

Special Notes:
1. Recommend to use chemistry purity NaOH to adjust the pH value. Industry grade can be used after the pre-testing.
2. The thicken agent amount can be different with different suppliers. 
3.High mixing speed can affect the stability of the products, avoid the high shear equipment.
